Weiyushi received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Data Science from New York University. She is currently a PhD student in the Survey and Data Science program. Her research explores how artificial intelligence can be used to simulate human perspectives and behavior, with interests spanning models of survey response behavior, synthetic data generation, human-AI interaction, virtual interviewers, and the summarization and evaluation of unstructured data.
