The Michigan Program in Survey & Data Science (MPSDS) prepares students to display advanced knowledge in the area of a specialization, such as, statistical science, social science, or data science, but to also have broad, interdisciplinary skills. The program gives students a deep grounding in both theory and practice—from designing studies and collecting data to analyzing diverse data sources while ensuring data quality.
