My interests involve operational leadership, behavioral and social research, and improving current research methodologies that impact health-related laws and policies.
Current Research/Work:
I currently work as an Operations Manager I for Amazon Logistics in Grand Rapids, MI. I primarily support, mentor, and motivate atleast 100 hourly workforce. I also collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet Amazon's business objectives. Prior to Amazon, I worked as a Survey Researcher II for the California Health Interview Survey, the country’s largest health survey.
