Before coming to UM, I graduated with a master’s degree in interdisciplinary information studies from the University of Tokyo, where I served as a Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) fellow. I conducted research on cultural nationalist sentiments and internet addiction in Asian societies.
