Grace DesJardins is a second-year Master’s student in the Michigan Program in Survey and Data Science, with an emphasis in Social Science. She received a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan, along with minors in Statistics and Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences. With her interdisciplinary background, she is interested in combining knowledge of human cognition, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and research methodology.
Grace is currently a research associate at Survey Research Operations (SRO), housed within the University of Michigan’s Survey Research Center. At SRO, she has worked on several major projects assisting with project management and statistical support. Prior to joining SRO, she has worked as a research assistant with the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work, Marsal Family School of Education, and Department of Psychology. After graduation, she plans to continue working at SRO in the Design, Methodology, and Statistical Support subgroup.
