ID: 23HSPH836AH035. A key responsibility is the management of the Survey of the Health of All the Population and the Environment (SHAPE) health survey. The SHAPE projects collects health information from a large sample of the residents of Hennepin County – a very diverse population. The sample design includes a combination of random addresses complemented by an extensive in-person component to reach populations that historically are least likely to respond to a government health survey. Results from the SHAPE survey have been presented in the past at AAPOR and at the Joint Statistics Conference along with a multitude of public health events.
