This position will work with a team of interns to facilitate on-site operations and conduct PDP assessments around the country during the summer of 2025. Significant amount of domestic travel involved in this position (all travel costs covered by USA Baseball). You will provide insights to athletes, coaches, and scouts regarding assessment data collected during PDP events. You will support post-event data aggregation and analysis to inform athlete development. You will identify areas for program growth, including the integration of emerging technologies and enhanced data management strategies.
