The ideal candidate will possess the skills needed to contextualize the University of Michigan Anesthesiology and existing MPOG quantitative health record data, with new qualitative data, collected and synthesized via semi-structured interviews and surveys with clinicians across MPOG centers. Combining quantitative and qualitative data via mixed methods approaches will enable deeper insights to inform and improve perioperative care.
